Refund Policy

At CodeRoad Softwares Private Limited, we strive to ensure client satisfaction with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:

Advance Payments

We refund any advance payments made by the client if the client decides to cancel the project before any work has commenced.

Work Completed

If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, we do not refund the amount corresponding to the work already completed. The client will be billed for any work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel their projects at any time by providing written notice to CodeRoad Softwares. The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive the cancellation notice.

Work in Progress

For projects that are in progress, the client is responsible for any outstanding payments for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
